FAQ's

Do you have to pre-book? 

We strongly advise that everyone makes a booking before visiting the arena so that you are not disappointed if we are fully booked for when you arrive. Please note due to the current COVID19 restrictions we can not accept bookings of more than 6 people. 

What do I need to wear? 

Within Fun Arena we advise you wear comfortable active clothing. Please arrive wearing normal socks, please non slip socks as you will not be permitted onto the equipment. Due to the nature of our castles, friction burns can occur - we strongly advise that you wear think long sleeve top and pants.

Do I have to sign a waiver form? 

Yes, every person who wants to use the equipment within Fun Arena must sign a waiver form. You must be 18 years or over to sign the waiver form for others. If you are 16 you can sign for yourself but no one else.

Do you serve food? 

Yes we do! Serving breakfast daily from 10am in our Hangar restaurant, cafe and bar. Light bites and lunches, providing a wide range of refreshments from homemade meals and cakes. Taking you right through till 8pm with our evening menu, we’ve got everything you need to help get you back in flight.

Can I just be a spectator & use the restaurant facilities? 

Yes! Anyone can come into Fun Arena and be a spectator and use the Hangar facilties free of charge!

Do you have lockers?

Yes, we have digital elite lockers which will be availale to you as an option when you check in at reception for an additional £2. 

Can I cancel my booking? 

You are entitlted to cancel your booking up unitl 24 hours of your booking being made tol receive a full refund. If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of your booking you will not be entitled to a full refund. 

What are your customer service times? 

All email enquiries are answered within 24 working hours. Our telephone lines are open Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm.
